(Qtech BSI) is a premier Philippine-based IT company specializing in the design, development, and support of integrated business systems for private enterprises and government institutions. Established in 2006, Qtech initially served Southern Luzon—covering Laguna, Cavite, Quezon, Rizal, and Batangas—before expanding nationwide. In 2010, it was incorporated as a VAT‑registered corporation, founded by a multidisciplinary team with expertise in Accountancy, Taxation, Information Technology, and IT Education.
The company is led by Dean Giovanni Juntereal, an accomplished IT practitioner and educator, together with technical experts Arthur Abogadil, Moshe Adormeo, and Paul Henry Sales. Their combined specializations span business systems development, advanced web technologies, server and network infrastructure, and high‑security IT installations. Among Qtech’s early milestones was the development of a hospital information system for the Department of Health in the Republic of Palau—its first international client.
Domestically, Qtech gained momentum through referrals among Japanese‑owned firms in Laguna Technopark, where it continues to maintain critical IT infrastructure. Today, Qtech’s enterprise solutions are deployed in nearly 2,000 installations nationwide, supporting industries such as retail, food and beverage, manufacturing, and construction. The company is particularly recognized for its POS systems, holding the distinction of being the only BIR‑accredited POS provider in its home province. In addition, Qtech offers a fully BIR‑compliant CAS and an integrated HRIS with payroll, enabling enterprises to manage complex operations with efficiency and compliance.
Beyond its technical expertise, Qtech’s strength lies in its people. Employees are not limited to graduates of Computer Science or Information Technology—many come from Business Administration and Accountancy, ensuring a deeper understanding of how enterprises operate. Most of Qtech’s software solutions are designed by industry practitioners from manufacturing, retail, human resources, accountancy, and taxation, all with extensive experience in government compliance. This unique blend of technical skill and business acumen allows Qtech to deliver systems that are not only innovative but also practical, compliant, and aligned with real‑world business needs.

Qtech’s journey began in 2006, when its very first clients were based in Laguna Technopark—notable names like Hoya Glass Disk Philippines, Philippine HKR, Ogino Philippines, and Ichinomiya. These early partnerships laid the foundation for Qtech’s reputation in delivering reliable IT systems. Around the same time, Qtech also played a pivotal role in developing most of the IT systems of the Tayabas and Boac LGUs, proving its versatility in both enterprise and government projects.
By 2010, Qtech was formally incorporated as a VAT‑registered corporation. What made this milestone unique was that the incorporators were not outside investors, but the very senior developers and employees who had built Qtech from the ground up—embedding ownership, expertise, and commitment into the company’s DNA.
From the start, Qtech placed strong emphasis on government compliance. This focus shaped its product line, particularly its POS and Accounting systems, which earned BIR accreditation—a distinction that set Qtech apart in its home province and beyond.
Today, Qtech continues to grow from those humble beginnings, combining technical excellence with deep business insight.
